Quick Delivery at Yingfa

Proswimwear has thousands of products in stock at all times and we aim to despatch your order the same day or the day after depending on the time you place your order. We have several delivery options for you to choose from whether that's standard free delivery, express or next working day . Most orders selected for standard free delivery will arrive with you within 2-3 working days and other options sooner. If an item you have ordered is unfortunately out of stock, you will be notified within 48 hours by customer services by phone if possible or email if not.

 
Online Discount at Yingfa/ProSwimwear

Customers are rewarded with an online discount for placing their orders online, for order up to £30 you will receive a 5% discount off the screen price and with order values over £30 you will receive a 10% discount on your basket total.
We are still happy for you to call customer services for advice and support on 0844 44 11 999, but if you can enter your details and products and pay online, this reduces our administration costs and we reward you with extra discount.
If for any reason you prefer not to pay online, you can place your order and click payment method telephone order. Once you place your order you can call us to pay and you still get your online discount!

Orders under £15 are charged £2 Second class delivery
Orders outside the UK are charged shipping automatically calculated based on the weight of the order.
24 Hours Despatch on all orders at Yingfa/ProSwimwear
Orders shipped within 24 hours or less on all in stock items from Monday to Friday, excluding UK Public holidays!
All orders placed before 1pm (UK GMT Time) will be despatched the same day if the item is in stock.

 
Next Day Delivery Option
Next day delivery available in the UK, with both Monday to Friday Next Day and Saturday Delivery available, via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Size Exchange Service

We understand that finding the perfect fit online is awkward, without being able to try the item on, so at Yingfa/ProSwimwear we offer a free size exchange service. This means that the item can be swapped for another size free of charge. You simply return the wrong size item back to us at your own cost, with a note asking for a replacement size and we will send out a replacement item for you with no additional charge (UK only).
We aim to turn around all size exchanges on the same day they are received, they will be posted out second class postage, unless a faster service has been requested, which you will be asked to pay for.
Outside the UK you will asked to pay by customer services for the international postage cost to return the replacement item to you.



Shop With Confidence at Yingfa/ProSwimwear
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then simply return your unused item within 28 days quoting your Order Number. We will replace without questioning or, if you prefer, refund your purchase price in full. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

Please just put the costume back into the post with either a copy of your invoice or a note with your order number and name and address and remember to always state what action you would like us to take, e.g. replace with different item, different size or refund!

If you find a product on another UK based site at a lower price than ProSwimwear, after you have taken off our online 10% discount, if you email info@proswimwear.co.uk or telephone 0844 44 11 999 , we will try to match the price on ongoing products, but may not match the price on end of line and sale products.
