Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, Visa Electron, JCB and American Express. We charge for all item as soon as your order is accepted. Backordered items are also charged but if they cannot be despatched within 5 working days we will contact you to either refund or schedule a new delivery date.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a confirmation of shipment. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Prices
All our prices listed in this web site include VAT at the current rate where applicable. We reserve the right to alter prices without notice. For heavier items such as bags, fins and energy drinks, we reserve the rights to charge additional postage at cost.
Tax Charges
Orders made from the UK are subject to VAT. If we are sending products to an address within the European Union, prices are also subject to VAT. Orders sent to an address outside the EU, are not charged VAT, although your order may be subject to local taxes and duties upon arrival in your country, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you the customer or the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you will need to contact your local customs office if you require further information.
Delivery
ORDERS RECIEVED AFTER 1PM WILL BE DESPATCHED ON THE NEXT WORKING DAY! Orders ordered on a bank holiday will be despatched on the next working day monday to friday.
UK: Order value £15.00 and under will be charged £2 for 2nd class postage & packaging, for £3 you can select 1st Class signed for and for £7 you can select Next Day Special Delivery. If ordering before 1pm on a Friday you can pay £9 for Next Day Saturday Special Delivery.
UK: Order value over £15.00 will recieve free 2nd class delivery, for £1 extra you can select 1st Class Signed for postage and £5 for Next Day Special. If ordering before 1pm on a Friday you can pay £7 for Next Day Saturday Special Delivery. All Special delivery packages are guaranteed next day and require a signature on delivery, they are either delivered by Royal Mail or for heavy items Fedex.
Europe: Orders are charged £7.00 Internationally signed for tracked postage up to 0.5Kg each additional 0.5Kg has a higher charge, these prices are automatically calculated at checkout. Before checking out you can check the postage cost by selecting your country under your basket and clicking for a postage quote
Rest of the World: (inc USA, Canada, Australia, South Africa, etc) Orders are charged £12.00 Internationally signed for tracked postage up to 0.5Kg, each additional 0.5Kg has a higher charge, these prices are automatically calculated at checkout. Garment Care
It must be appreciated that Lycra is a delicate material and the life is very limited in Chlorinated water. The Strength of chemicals will vary from pool to pool and even on the same day. The garment should be hand washed in cold water immediately after use as chlorine continues to affect the Lycra when left in your sports bag or towel.
Avoid using shampoo or soap when showering in the costume, Avoid wrapping the costume in a towel and if you have a mesh equipment bag, this is the ideal way to transport your costume home. Do not machine wash or tumble dry since some detergents also attack Lycra®. To dry: Do not place close to a source of heat such as a radiator/do not tumble dry as temperatures in excess of 30c will attack the Lycra. Sitting on rough pool side surfaces will also ruin the material.
SWIM SUIT CARE GUIDE
Correct Suit Sizing
It is the customers responsability to correctly measure themselves or the swimmer and to check the manufacturers sizing guides on ProSwimwear's site. Customer Services are available to give advice and help with advice on the sizing, but they cannot see the swimmer or how the measurements are taken, so ProSwimwear does not bear any responsibility for the suit not being the correct sizing when recieved, it is the customers total responsibility for the size ordered. Swimwear sizing varies between manufacturers and this is why suits can be returned for refund or exchanged to allow customers to get the right fit.
Returns
All items returned for refund or replacement must be returned within 28 days from receipt!
All goods that are returned must be accompanied with proof of purchase. We recommend that a certificate of posting should be obtained for returns, supplied free of charge by the post office by handing your parcel over the counter, this gives you a limited insurance with royal mail if the goods are lost, For added security either ship the items Signed for postage or for higher insurance use Next day special delivery. For International returns International Signed for postage is recommended incase of loss!
All returned goods must be returned in their original packaging with all tags in place in the original unused condition. Costumes that have been worn in a pool cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure the product is adequately packed to avoid any possible damage in transit.
Faulty Goods: Goods returned as faulty should be returned with proof of purchase to our returns department, this product will be assessed by a returns department in conjuntion with the manufacturer, should the item be deemed to be faulty this will be replaced or in case of an obsolete product an alternative item will be agreed or a refund will be given.

Replacement items will be despatched free of charge to UK addresses for the first return, further returns on the same order will incure a £2 postage charge, if the return is from an international customer, a re charge will be applied to cover the replacement items international or european signed for postage. Unless the replacment is due to an error in shipping by ProSwimwear, where we will cover the additional postage. When items are returned without prior concent outside the 28 days warranty period, ProSwimwear reserve the right to deduct 10% of the item as a re stocking charge for the return as long as the item/items are in sellable condition and with all tags and packaging intact. If the item being returned has been discontinued by the manufacturer or ProSwimwear, then ProSwimwear can either refuse the return or charge up to a 50% restocking charge, based on the current saleability of the return.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited back to your origional card used for purchase, via the payment gateway used for payment, we therefore do not need details of the card used. All refunds will be less the postage paid for shipment. If the ordered items kept becomes less than £15 in the UK, then the £1.50 postage charge for small orders will be deducted from the refund.
Warranty
ProSwimwear returns department works in inconjuntion with our manufacturer's, our manufacturer's want to be informed of any products deemed to be faulty, therefore all items returned as faulty will be returned to the manufacturer for examination. Once the manufacturer and our returns department have agreed that the product is faulty, then the item can be replaced or credited. ProSwimwear will endeavour to process this as quickly as possible subject to the manufacturer's timescales. If however the item is deemed to be damaged due to the customers handling or fair wear and tear by the manufacturer and the returns department, then the item will be returned to the customer and no replacement or refund issued.
Secure Ordering
All precautions are taken to ensure that transactions are secure although ProSwimwear cannot be held responsible for any breech of security. Orders can be cancelled up to 7 working days after placing them if the item has not already been shipped. Please call 0844 44 11 999 to cancel or email info@proswimwear.co.uk. All orders placed online are processed automatically from your submitted online order details.
Privacy Policy
ProSwimwear do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment through a secure payment gateway. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

WEEE Regulations:
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
• Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
ProSwimwear Ltd is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
Customers must return their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.

Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
